We both pretty much said the same thing. Maybe it is time to find someone else. Or maybe you should consider whether this is an excuse to run from what the therapist is urging you to do.
I'm not trying to judge you -- I don't even know you. I don't even know why you considered therapy for yourself. However, ask yourself whether you sought therapy for an inability to connect with your emotions or because you tend to hide behind rationalizations and intellecutalization. If either of these is remotely the case, then it sounds like the reason you give for not liking this guy is just a manifestation of why you sought therapy in the first place.
Time to get off my soap box --- Would you like to use it now? ;)
