30. Right on.
I studied abroad in Spain and lived in Madrid, and took the subway everywhere. I really took a liking to it. Take the closest stop to where you're going, and walk the rest of the way. I probably ate more while I was there than before I left, yet by the time I came home, I had lost probably 15-20 pounds. Just by walking! Doesn't seem like a lot, but just walking places is more effective than people would think.
