I actually was overweight between my surgeries, since I put on 20 lbs., but now I just can't manage to eat. I will ask my good friend, who I'm sure will be glad to advise you or hook you up with her message board. I never understood why she became involved with Weight Watchers, since I've always thought of her as a small person, smaller than me, but she told me that she lost 40 lbs. with Weight Watchers, totally unbelievable to me. So your goal is a much easier one. I'll e-mail her this thread, if you'd like me to, and let you know what she says.:-)
