24. He transcended himself ...
I don't claim to know Depp...but I worked with him for about six weeks on Edward Scissorhands. IMO, he's that kind of actor... slips into the character's skin. I had heard all sorts of negative things about him - but found him soft-spoken, professional - maybe a bit shy -but sweet. He was honestly in awe of Vincent Price. (Well, we all were).
