It hardly needs anything. If it's ripe and DELICIOUS by itself, I'd add a sprinkling of SALT.


Please, NO European creams and whatever. It doesn't need to be mashed up or anything. When it's too hard, just CUT it into cubes.


Plus, a diabetic class conducted by a skinny nurse lectured for 3 days about "portions." This meant HALF a banana and a SLICE of an avocado. When it was over somebody (who could it be, who could it be?!1) dressed her down, telling her SHE wasn't skinny because of any diet but because she was BORN THAT WAY. She said she got into this biz because her kid WAS born that way. O.K., fine, there's always a riposte, ain't there.
