Yeah, I'm one of those weirdo-hippie freak vegehegians - since '89 even. And frankly, I have no idea WHAT the hell "in the manner of Parma" means. Flame, flame, flame - hmm. I KNOW I left one of those around here SOMEWHERE - AAARRHH!! My biscuits are burnin'! My biscuits are burnin'!!

Note to self: Do NOT sit on Zippo while posting.

Oh, and you're totally correct about Fontina - perfect cheese for the dish.

Shit. I wish I could locate it quickly but can't - someone posted an image (cartoon) that said, "MEAT IS MURDER!" and in smaller type said, "quick, eat the evidence".
