I never work out either.

If I'm eating a salad I need a cheeseburger. If I'm eating ice cream I have to be throwing it up afterwards. And of course since I weigh 125 people are entitled to make wild assumptions and ask me personal questions about how I can have curves and be slender. Many people think it's ok to comment and joke about my size as if my small waist line can't come from the fact that I'm a very active person.

Unless somebody is a person's doctor, therapist, or knows them very well they are in no position to judge if they have an eating disorder.
