I'm not a vegetarian, either. I agree that you have to cook them in a frying pan or on a grill--except for Morningstar Farms Tomato Basil Pizza Burgers. I have no problem eating one of those that has been cooked in a microwave. The same goes for the breakfast sausages. I actually prefer those over the real thing, since they are not greasy. The same for Morningstar's sausage-style crumbles. Those are great on pizza and in other Italian dishes.

I don't mind the fake chicken, either. The non-breaded forms need to be cooked the same way as veggie burgers, and not microwaved. I find the breaded versions to be a bit too salty for my taste. The cubed version Quorn makes is pretty decent in dishes like Thai green curry.
