There is nothing cooler than cooking up a meal and having someone else enjoy it.

One of my faves is about 5 fresh peeled roma tomatoes, sauteed in olive oil, with a couple fine-minced garlic cloves added in. Then chop as much sweet basil as you can handle, and add it last thing right after it forms a sauce. Then pour over a couple of ahi-tuna fillets, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 350.

Serve it over it over a bed of wild rice and you are living large.

Now I'm hungry...
