The guy who will be watching me has done this for many if not hundreds of people. There are many older indians with serious health issues that still under go rituals. I don't think I have the fortitude to last long enough to endanger myself, after all my wife jokingly refers to me as a "feather-bed" indian (I am the only indian she has ever met that insists on 400 thread count or better sheets).

My health problems are brought on by fatty foods, not a problem lately, and certainly not going to be a problem up there.. My wife worries about my health more then any one including my own mom. Ali is being supportive and also thinks I can do this. Don't worry about me, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
