because I've usually contained my temper until something stupid and insignificant happens, and then I let all the anger and resentment out.

So I'm practicing getting mad when it matters, not pretending that nothing is wrong. ;-)

But if I see an animal, child or elderly person being hurt or harassed, I'll go batshit insane on the person doing the harming and won't feel bad at all.
