Sometimes I have loud arguments & shout so loud I wake myself up as well. It runs in my family. My grandmother was once found fully dressed, eating sugar out of the sugar bowl when she was a kid. She also walked home in her sleep from a friend's house. My cousin's son was also a sleep walker & sometimes would ride his bike. My dad talked in his sleep. Suffice to say, no one in our family wants to try Ambien. :scared:
