13. Always give toys - never give clothes. The best toys, in my opinion, are

things that they can use to build stuff with, using their own creativity - like Tinkertoy, Lincon Logs, Lego - but not the pre-designed Lego sets where they have to follow a bunch of steps to create a pre-determined figure. Just a supply that they can build things of their own design. Christmas is a time for toys. The parents can buy them clothes later on.
