53. Good for your brother, but what about that MO kid that keeps getting harrassed
Sometimes the Good Ol' Boys club is so chummy that corruption breeds like roaches in it. In my City of Dayton, Ohio we had a case where they tortured a suspect and lied about it in both a court of law and to a (Draws blank but it's a person that people often see to settle lawsuits that isn't a Judge but their judgment is final and can't be appealed). Your brother is the exception to the rule and thank christ for that. But many cops will tell you that it's highly unlikely for another cop to rat out another cop or step in when another cop has stepped over his boundries.
