74. Never Feel Guilty Asking For A Hug. And I'm More Than Happy To Give Ya A Big One.

Change can be a big thing to go through and depression obviously can totally suck. But never forget that no matter where you are, no matter what life throws at you, and no matter what house or otherwise you are living in, that the voice in your head, the deep inner voice (the one you hear as you read these words) is always there and is NEVER changed. No matter where you are, what is happening, or what you're doing, simply closing your eyes and listening to that voice soothe you and tell you that everything's going to be ok can help. That can be done anywhere, at any time, for any reason.

So I know you might be feeling really anxious right now and I know there's no easy way to get it to go away, but always remember that the real you, that voice inside of you, is always unchanged and is always there at your disposal for its use. It has within it more strength than you can ever imagine, and people don't pause to make themselves aware of its presence nearly often enough. But it's easier than you think. Just close your eyes and hear it. Listen to it. Identify with it. It can help you be strong and get through the worst of times. It doesn't need to keep you constantly strong or override the anxiety all the time, it just merely needs to be called upon from time to time to just hit pause and remind yourself that inside, the true you, the real you, is still ok and that you'll make it through. One day when I have a bit more time, energy and consciousness, I'll explain more what I mean. But for now good night and hang in there, and here's another hug for ya.
