He is prob best chef on TV, but they buried his show of late. IMHO, a lot of the show seemed more about food as a concept, cooking techniques, than the "here's how you make XXXXX in 20 minutes," which has a place, but is not the be all end all of cooking. Without the cleavage of Giada, or the perkiness of Rachel, he was doomed. Too bad.
