Some Reform congregations will perform commitment ceremonies. The Rabbi at my old Temple had done a few. Of course, I don't think any of them would do a ceremony for a mixed couple (one Jew, one non-Jew). In Dallas there is a synagogue that is primarily gay and lesbian. Reform Judaism is really understanding of such things.
