I posted something in GD about Thomas Eagleton and said he was Humphrey's running mate in '68. I was corrected by several posters who let me know he was McGovern's running mate in '72. I feel so stupid, yet my consolation is the knowledge that I am surrounded by so many intelligent people here at DU.
