Harry will drop Voldemort and accidentally kill Peagreen Malfoy in the process.
Hagrid will get his clock punched. Possibly McGonagle.
Ron + Hermione will finally realize their love for each other, patterned after the sort of relationship Ron's mother and father have.
Harry will get an unexpected save from Ginny, who he eventually loves and marries and has the prodigal son & daughter with.
Dumbledore isn't dead.
