over the past few months, the time it takes for movies to reach me has been steadily increasing. There was a news story somewhere about it a month or so ago--apparently, they are using a particular business strategy that favors higher-paying customers (i.e., people with the 8-movies-at-a-time plan) over lower-paying customers (i.e., 3-movies-at-a-time, like myself) because they think this is fair.
The way I see it, it's trying to give the absolute least amount of service for the money, which is just bad business if you want to keep customers.
My last batch of movies was supposed to arrive on Thursday and has not yet arrived. It has taken up to 10 days in the past. I think I am going to call and make a stink bc it is getting ridiculous.
