Same situation, historically significant huge house on a major street. This house deserves a setting in a grove of trees on a farm somewhere, or at least an acre or two.

For you North Texas DUers, it is the original Ronald MacDonald house at Cook Children's Hospital, just south of the hospital district. I already told my family if I won the lottery I would buy some land and get the thing moved. It really should be preserved.
