12. Donate a fair amount to charities

of choice, and perhaps set up a foundation.

Buy a decent car and a utility vehicle or truck so I could go to the theater in style, and then go and move furniture with the other!

Spend time traveling.

Buy houses and properties where I want to live, even if it's in the same state, on opposite ends of the state.

Shop for antiques!

Help out friends who need some extra cash.

Buy my mom an annuity and employ a housekeeper/cook to take care of those needs for her.
