AS some of you have read already today I'm getting a cat in a couple of days. Someone abandoned it by my best friend's house and I'm a sap and I'm taking it home with me.
It has on a tag that says it's name is Carmen. Is that her name forever? Am I obliged to keep the name that was given to her by someone who was willing to abandon her? Should I let her keep it since she's going through big changes anyway? Or should I watch her for a few days and see if a new name seems to fit her?
