After I posted I remembered "Gimme Back My Bullets," but that was probably more drug and alcohol induced than any political statement. A lot of people think "Sweet Home Alabama" is a conservative song, but then there's "In Birmingham, they love the gov'nor/now we all did what we could do..." The more left-wing (or at least open-minded) stuff includes "Saturday Night Special" and "Ballad of Curtis Lowe." I don't know or care what the clowns posing as Lynyrd Skynyrd currently are doing or saying.
