on the one hand, I want to say that if you know your job requires you to be involved with people on a daily basis perhaps you shouldn't radically alter your appearance in such a way that is likely to drive away with fear your average person...
but on the other hand, what if this guy was transgendered? (i guess he's transpecied) he's just trying to make the outside look like how he feels inside, he shouldn't be punished for that...
