I had gone through the rigamarole with tech support and got an RA number to ship the damn thing back. Then I put the cover back on preparatory to packing it up.
Then I petted it and said, "You coulda been a good little computer." (Yes, I really do things like that.) And suddenly, there was a little blue indicator light on the start button. I pushed it and SHAZAM! It works!
But now I'm not so pleased with my 19" LCD. Text is fuzzy. The new iMac at work has an LCD that just blows this one away.
