30. I look at it as faith-based "medicine."
You won't find careful studies to corroborate whether it's effective or not, because alternative medicine has put itself in the unfortunate position of being anti-science. You won't find negative claims on sites that sell it, or on alternative medicine boards. You'll only find self-selected positive claims, which you may forget to take with a grain of salt, so to speak. Can they explain how colloidal silver "works?" Does their explanation jibe with the physical universe? So much of it boils down to magic, which, after all, is basically illusion.
