citizens to HAVE to find a Black individual to defend another.

For Pete's sake, if Rice were the best person for this job, she could stand on her merits w/o all of this posturing. And Frist should not have to find someone to defend her. It is as though he is saying that Black citizens are too stupid to make their own decisions about the issue. This is truly repulsive. Clarence Thomas, redux...:puke:
