Our cat's name is Holden (as in Caufield) His nicknames are as follows:
Holdinski
Holdentamos
Holdentia
Holdent
Holdenskrama
Texas Holden
Buddy Boy
Ham Sandwich
These require add'l physical activity:
Sphinx (he lays like a sphinx with his paws outstretched)
Pushover (as you push him over)
Little Lamb (as you push his ears down he looks like a lamb)
Little Alien (as you push his face skin back he looks like an alien)
He's such a damn cutie!
