He used to be a regular at the Moose when I was a bartender there. They called him "Digger."
His favorite joke was to ask if you'd heard about the book he'd written. He'd then ask if you knew the title. If you gave in at ALL he'd then tell you the title:
Is There Sex After Death
subtitled: How I Laid her in the Grave
Digger was the only guy who probably would have found a way to make my funeral idea a reality. I really did love him.
His daughter's husband runs the business now, and he's a pretty good guy too. Maybe he could pull it off...
