Quite honestly, though, it could be tasting better both because of the water, but also and especially because of how they boil/heat the water. I lived with a gent from England, and he always made better tea than me, even though we were using the same equipment, water, tea bags, and cups. He just had the hang of the "English Way" of making tea.
