make her a bed in the bathroom with her potty. put her in the litter box and move her paws back and forth so she gets the idea that's where she goes. let her take it a little bit at a time 'cause she will be frightened. keep her closed in a small space like the bathroom to begin with.
edit: also make kitty a little bed or place to hide in the bathroom.
if you give her the run of the house you will have no idea where she is!
