Regardless of legal name and gender changes, amended birth certificates, etc. Being completely stealthy is hard to near impossible for MtF who transition after secondary sex characteristics form.
Being gender ambiguous is as close as many come, but that ambiguity is no mystery to coworkers who knew the TGirl when she had a male identity.
