8. I read the books years ago, set my recollections aside and enjoyed
the movie quite a bit.

The short stories as they were written are pretty much unfilmable...slow, cerebral, plodding, with little character development (except for Calvin and a very few others), basically police procedurals with robots as the suspects.

I'd like to see a faithful rendering of the R. Daneel Olivaw stories, though. There was some action in those.
