15. do the kids act this way at their own house? Sounds like they
might be oppositional-defiant or worse. I know people like this too and they are lousy parents/disciplinarians. These 2 brats kept going after my cats and I was LIVID as I don't want my cats scared in their own house. Now the cats run into the basement when they hear the doorbell and then they listen a while to hear how much noise is going on upstairs. Then if it's safe, they come out and visit with guests. But pets should never ever be allowed to be playthings or the circus act for the guests. Kids like that are a direct result of the bad parenting
