Right now, we can't afford to change the channel. That's the way things are. There are people in Iraq--there are terrorists--who want us to change the channel, because in this new Iraq--the Iraq the Iraqi people are building--the terrorists won't have the channel, you see, so if they want a channel they can't change it themselves, but they have to make us change it. Are we going to change it? Of course not. Can we? We could, of course, but it's not what we're going to do. We're going to stay the course, and that means we're not going to change the channel. Next question.
