The cost of your housing might be more properly laid at the feet of your realtors, developers, politicians - oh, and your neighbors selling their houses at inflated prices.

We have 2 bedroom one bath houses selling for upward of 500,000. They're tear-downs. They're being bought by opportunistic weekenders.
