I swear I didn't read this post before I posted! We are singing from the same hymnal sister! I am so happy for you and appreciative of your support of my profession.

Your words, I am sure, carry way more weight than mine. The consumer is the best judge of effectiveness, not the person selling.

To the OP: feel free to email or PM me if you have any further questions, I don't want to come across as a thread hijacker or anything! I would be happy to answer any questions you have about doulas and give you more links and book titles that may be good resources for you.
