weird. on a boston messageboard (that no one goes to - not even me, except when i get emaiLs from it) there was a non-spam post with the titLe, "heLp!!"

so i read the post, and my heart softened a bit and figured, "hey, i can send a birthday card" - but then i reaLized she Left no address (probabLy a good thing) and no emaiL addy (idiot).

don't know what to make of it, but the message foLLows:

Help!!
My son was unfortunate enough to have a birthday that falls three
days after christmas. We have tried over and over to have birthday
parties for him, but it never works with the holidays. He could
send out 10 invitations and usually only about 2-3 make it because
they are busy with family, he ends up very disappointed. If you
could help me by sending a birthday card that would be great. It
would help me his birthday a great day. I seen another individual
place this on the net with great results. If you have any other
ideas, it would be appreciated. The only thing I asked is do not
send christmas cards, please make them birthday cards, its hard
enough to keep santa off the wrapping paper of his birthday gifts.
email and I'll send address Thank You!!!

I am trying to get cards from across the country.
