15. Big discussion on freedom of speech, censorship, ....
What teachers can teach, perversion of religion, etc., with Briarius and our housemates. I learn new stuff every day, living here. It's a scary, scary country to be living in right now. A college history class full of kids, of which only two have even heard of the trail of tears. Teachers getting fired for wearing 'Peace' pins, and teaching 'sex ed' realistically. All of this stemming from the ruinization of the Phillip Pullman 'His Dark Materials' trilogy into crap-ass movies.
