So he still acted like a puppy ! But he was almost full grown. He's 5 now and people still ask if he's a puppy !

I wouldn't say JRTs are lap dogs. That's not to say they wont sit on your lap and snuggle, they will. BUT, they are highly active and easily excitable. A high maintenance breed. They can be very aggressive, to cats, to other dogs, and to little kids, even older kids if they feel threatened. They usually bond with one family member and remain loyal to that one. So if he's in my wife's lap and I walk into the room, he bolts away from her, and if she tries to keep him there, he becomes aggressive.
