actually I have. Originally the military didn't want to send him home. He was only held for 29 hrs. The military wanted to send him back to his unit after his release. We conducted an e-mail assault on senators and congressmen just to get him sent home. All the officials were content with that accomplishment. Basically I feel the word was sent down from the white house to keep a lid on it. So, it was literally muted. We have consulted a few lawyers, their interested at first. I feel everyone is afraid of Halliburton's legal staff. Because most of his injuries were emotional as opposed to physical they feel any settlement would fall far short of the expense of bringing Halliburton to trial.

Most people on the street are concerned and don't trust the Bush Administration either. Sad to say most feel overwhelmed.

My son is undergoing a divorce and child custody hearings and really can't cope with any additional complications. So this will pass on as does most of the trash the Bush Administration puts out.

Thanks for your concern,
Bill
