that she is a good and loyal employee who goes out and fronts for her boss when required to? These are not *her* lies, they are what the administration wants said.
Her qualifications are what the rest of 'em have: they are pathologically loyal members of the cult of personality of George Bush*. Its been said time and again that this is what he demands. As for her areas of expertise, plenty of the Nixon retreads and PNAC hounds are also old cold warriors. The damn administration is some retro festival---they want and need an enemy and don't care if its Soviets or Iraqis.
