9. I agree. Evidence PATRIOT act.
Unfortunatly neither party has been worth a damn
at protecting civil liberties.

Neither party has a strong stand against drug war maddness
witness Tommy Chong in jail and the non-existant outcry
against this Ascroftian abuse in my party.

I support independant groups like the ACLU because the
party just doesn't take a stand for civil liberties.

Not to say that certain people in the party don't take
a stand like Russ Feingold who took a stand when it counted.

Unfortanatly Feinstein my own senater is one of the worst.

It is a depressing fact that we seem to inch towards 1984
year after year with only the speed of the slid being debated
between the two parties.
