Gangs...or some refer to them as tribes

but the gangsters who had the best weaponry, tactics and ability to control territory and populations... "owned" the most land

some of the best gangsters were what we refer to as 'Kings",
of those "kings'" the British were particularly outstanding at claiming "ownership"...especially when it came to owning the worlds oceans...a source of great wealth

they also laid claim to all th flora and fuana...shoot a deer, and you're shooting the king's property.

other succesful gangsters were the "church"

there are many such gangs in all cultures.

But the ultimate gang will be the one that sits atop one world government... that is the endgame and pinnacle of gangster success...world ownership
