It's commercial exploitation by the media whores who're pandering to prurient interests (a movie of the imaginations of whom would likely be XX-rated), commercial exploitation by the mercenary 'search teams' who're less professional than the Keystone Kops, and political exploitation by a Governor who gets to posture and not perform, blame and not be diligent, and rant without responsibility.
