Can we be sure this wasn't written tongue in cheek?

If a list was compiled of all the people and entities this mobster administration has vengeance against, wouldn't the site be shut down for taking up too much bandwidth? Wouldn't it be easier to just make a list of people who they haven't smeared (yet)?

Who is more likely to wish for a weak, inexperienced prosecutor -- someone who's innocent?

And the depiction of this notorious gang of dicks as being such nice guys, they're simply too innocent and naive to be able to mount a defense against their critics, aka the Combined Forces of Evil? It's got to be satire.
