17. Yes, the CIA is not monolithic.
But most of it's members I would inference are on the conservative bent. Reagan and the Bushes had a good relationship with the CIA. And from what I understand JFK and Clinton were at odds with them.
Are there moderates and liberals at the CIA? I can see some moderates but not many liberals, if at all.
