Some members of Free Republic, Conservative Underground, and other conservative web sites smeared voters rights advocate Andy Stephenson while he was dying of amorphous cell pancreatic cancer. Participants speculated, without grounds, that Andy Stephenson did not have cancer. Later his <[Medicaid>] benefits for aftercare and terminal hospital care were terminated.
