Sorry but things just aren't going our way fast enough in a political sense. I am officially saying good bye! Call me a defeatist if you must.

I'm moving South and gonna start voting republican and bitch about my taxes. I've also given up on the environment, (just not making any progress there either.) so I'm gonna get me a king sized MONSTER Hummer and NEVER tune it up or put air in the tires and every time I put 120 bucks in the tank I'm gonna bitch about my god-damned federal and state road taxes. I'm also gonna buy me a really BIG friggen McMansion with a shiny new interest only loan, smack dab right in the middle of some wetlands right on the god damned coast and B.A.M. property T. !

I'm gonna give to the 700 club every friggen week and I'm gonna B.A.M.T ALL THE GOD DAMNED TIME. I'm gonna buy me every NRA, anti-clinton and anti-taxes bumper sticker EVER MADE, and every possible color of magnetic ribbon the human eye can possibly see in the visible light spectrum (especially CAMO!!!)just to let YOU know that I support the troops WAY friggen more than you EVER could and you know what? I'm STILL gonna have room to spare on the back of my GI-FRIGGEN-NORMOUS Hummer!

Hell I'm so done with fighting the good fight I'm gonna buy me the biggest TV I can find leave it on ALL damn night every damn night and use parental control to block out PBS (and B.A.M.T.) and watch FOX news ALL the damn time (and B.A.M.T).

I'm gonna laugh at poor people. ALL the poor people (and not just the ones that DESERVE to be poor (which I will now believe is most of them)). I'm gonna become a calvinist and blame poverty on the poor while I look down my nose at the rest of society because surely my success is the result of having lived so virtuously and having pleased my God, and I will know that somewhere up in the heavens there truly is an all powerful loving God that is also snickering at homeless bums while bitching about my taxes (lovingly).


P.S. I'm also gonna join Free Republic, listen to RUSH (mega- dittos!!!!!) and maybe start listening to old Jim Neighbors records.

P.P.S The Jim Neighbors thing has nothing to do with quiting or becoming republican or anything, I just think he has a great voice.
